Hurstville Central is a suburban retail centre, which
incorporates a retail concourse and 230 car, car park.
The proposed refurbishment scheme will restore the building’s
former glory and upgraded finishes and services to a
high level, in keeping with the needs of modern day retail.
Project designers Buchan Group Architects‘ overriding
objective was to integrate modern-day retail needs in
to a living concourse. This objective extends to both
the quality of the architectural finishes and flexible
design.
The development has total lettable area of approximately
7,000 square metres, and will comprise a 2700 sqm Coles,
a Mini Major and approximately 25 specialty stores.
